As Social Media Coordinator you will take ownership of the execution and reporting of the social media strategy for the RØDE brand across all current and emerging channels: Facebook feed and events, Instagram grid, stories, reels, IGTV, TikTok, etc.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Curate industry-leading social media content that supports our premium brand positioning and build our followers and engagement through “on brand” strategies.
  • Be “the voice” of the brand in social platforms, including via community engagement
  • Maximise brand awareness and web traffic through social media channels
  • Work with the Strategy Team and wider Marketing Department to ensure social comms are aligned with other marketing channels
  • Report on the customer insights/feedback, opportunities and trends the social platforms present, including social listening and competitor analysis
  • Be proactive and adaptable to optimise channels as they constantly evolve

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Social Media Coordinator
  • A thorough understanding of the social media channels and paid strategy
  • Experience working in Google Analytics
  • Experience working with social calendar, scheduling and analytics tools
  • Experience and proven track record of community engagement and growth
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to take on feedback, willingness to learn and grow
  • Collaborative mindset – ability to work with multiple teams
  • Strong stakeholder management – internal and external
  • Audio experience preferrable, but not essential
